Kalani Tissot
Kalani Tissot is a fundraising consultant based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
​
As someone who is deeply passionate about fundraising, Kalani has worked on raising money for over 100 political campaigns and eight non-profit organizations.
​
Since founding Tissot Solutions in 2021, Kalani has turned a small operation into one of the largest political fundraising firms in Nevada and the Mountain West, with clients raising over $18 million during the 2022 election cycle. Tissot Solutions continues to be a market leader in innovation, data, and leveraging new technology to help clients achieve their fundraising goals.

Ruby Valencia
Ruby Valencia is a fundraiser based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A born and raised Nevadan, Ruby has always been passionate about political advocacy. This passion led to her college internships at UNLV with the Nevada Conservation League and the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, where she met with members of Congress to advocate for America’s Red Rock Wilderness Act. Utilizing the power of civic engagement, she hopes to create lasting, positive change by fundraising for causes, organizations, & candidates that she believes in.
When Ruby isn’t fundraising, she’s interior designing, painting, or hanging out with her cats, Kitty and Ben.

Senior Associate - Reno
Kimmy Claussen
Kimmy Claussen is a fundraiser based in Reno, Nevada.Born and raised in rural Nevada, Kimmy has always been passionate about improving her state. She credits her hometown for instilling values of community orientation, mutual aid, and respect for all people. However, being in high school during the 2016 election exposed Kimmy to how easily divided a community could become. With a mission in mind of bringing people together to solve issues that impact society broadly, Kimmy decided to study Political Science at the University of Nevada, Reno. After interning for U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen and working with several other state-level candidates and organizations, her passion for community service and political advocacy has grown exponentially. When Kimmy isn’t fundraising, you can find her listening to her favorite music, watching a comfort show, or spending time with friends, family, and her cat.

Senior Associate - Salt Lake City
Delaney Smith
Born and raised in Utah, Delaney has always had a passion for politics and making the world a better place. Her interest in politics began in high school during the tumultuous 2016 Presidential Election, when she realized the only way to change the world was through local political work. At Utah State University she pursued her political interests and interned in the Utah State Senate during the 2022 Legislative Session. This experience cemented her desire to find her career in Utah politics. Before joining us, she worked in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, learning about the election and financial disclosure process.

When she isn’t working you can find her playing with her numerous nieces and nephews, or cuddled up with a good book and a cat on her lap.

Senior Associate - Seattle
Maya Engel
Maya Engel is a fundraiser based in Seattle, Washington. Born and raised in Washington, she’s always been passionate about local politics and making a difference in her community. Her first taste of politics came during college when she interned for a Washington US Congressman, she became fascinated with the behind-the-scenes world of campaigns. Since then, she’s managed successful campaigns across the state and has been all-in on local politics ever since. Currently, she’s focused on fundraising for candidates and organizations that are working to create meaningful, long-term change in Washington.

When she’s not fundraising, you’ll probably find her thrifting, going on spontaneous adventures, listening to music, or hanging out with her cat.

Associate - Las Vegas
Robert Andrews
Robert is a fundraising consultant based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He holds a Master’s degree in both Applied Economics and Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he focused on analyzing policy impacts and modeling business incentives.
Robert’s passion for public policy began during a successful high school speech and debate career,which inspired his continued work in policy research and data analytics. Before joining Tissot Solutions, he gained experience in finance across the commercial insurance and music industries. These roles shaped his client-centered and results-oriented approach to political fundraising.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys time at Lake Mead and Mt Charleston, grilling with friends or reading Warhammer Novels.

Associate - Las Vegas
Tanner Hale
Residing in Las Vegas since 2019, Tanner is deeply passionate about moving Nevada forward by helping candidates and organizations he believes in.'
With strong fundraising experience in Nevada and Utah, Tanner brings years of expertise and a commitment to helping candidates and organizations win. Tanner has previously served as the Executive Director of Young Democrats of Nevada and currently as Nevada's DNC Committeeman.
Outside of fundraising, Tanner enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Associate - Salt Lake City
Ryan LaRe
Ryan LaRe is a political professional driven by a deep belief in strong local democracy and the importance of building durable Democratic leadership at the community level. He most recently served as Finance Director for a Salt Lake County Council campaign, where he built and executed a fundraising operation that exceeded goals by nearly 150 percent while cultivating broad-based donor support and strengthening relationships across the local Democratic ecosystem.
Ryan brings sharp political instincts, disciplined operations experience, and a clear commitment to uplifting local Democrats, investing in grassroots power, and helping communities elect leaders who reflect their values.

Associate - Reno
Keaton Fox
Based in Reno, Nevada, Keaton is a fundraising consultant with a background in sociology and applied data analysis, which shapes his thinking about political strategy, institutions, and long-term growth, with a focus on incentives, structure, and how individuals respond to social and institutional environments.
He earned his Master’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, where he conducted research on how messaging and social norms shape behavior and decision-making within organizational contexts. He is particularly interested in health policy and the broader forces that influence civic life.
Outside of work, Keaton enjoys strength training, reading, and exploring ideas at the intersection of business, culture, and policy.

Associate - Las Vegas
Arleth Quintero
Arleth Quintero is a fundraiser based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Arleth has always been passionate about community outreach and political advocacy within the Las Vegas community. During high school, Arleth became actively engaged in local initiatives, but it was during the COVID-19 pandemic that Arleth’s interest in politics truly deepened. Witnessing the impact of public policy decisions on everyday families inspired Arleth to pursue meaningful involvement in civic engagement and leadership.

Arleth graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in International Business. Throughout college, Arleth worked in consulting, helping businesses enter international markets and expand globally. While developing strong business acumen, Arleth remained committed to service and community involvement, further strengthening her understanding of policy, advocacy, and global economic systems.

After graduation, Arleth returned to her hometown of Las Vegas, where Arleth continues to dedicate herself to empowering the community. Arleth is passionate about supporting and uplifting candidates she believes in while advancing causes that create meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Arleth enjoys baking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Brandon Kyle
​Born and raised in Las Vegas, Brandon’s passion for policy stems from a desire to strengthen the community that raised him. He attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where his involvement in several research labs allowed him to explore complex policy issues.
He served as an intern in the Nevada State Assembly during the 83rd Legislative Session, where he gained insight into the realities of compromise and state budgeting. He also interned for Senator Catherine Cortez Masto, where engaging with constituent calls helped him better understand the human side of federal policymaking. In addition, he remains an active member of the Young Democrats of Nevada.
In his spare time, Brandon can be found reading comic books, collecting vinyl records, and playing the kalimba.

Associate - Salt Lake City
Hannah Wilson
Hannah Wilson is a fundraiser based in Salt Lake City. Born and raised in Utah, Hannah has been passionate about community organizing and politics from an early age — a passion she honed through debate, student government, and political organizing across college campuses in Utah and Minnesota, where she eventually earned her degree in Political Science from Concordia College.
Hannah spent the last four years channeling that energy into education, teaching middle school Speech and Debate in San Jose, California. She's thrilled to be back home in Utah and excited to bring her love of civic engagement into the world of political fundraising!
When she isn't working, you can find Hannah cuddling with her cat Lebron, practicing one of her newer hobbies like roller derby or bouldering, reading, or catching up with friends.

Executive Assistant
Noemi Cabije
Noemi has more than 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant, team leader, and customer service specialist. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including small businesses and large corporations. She enjoys finding new ways to increase efficiency and improve the workflow of the company.
Noemi holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and enjoys algorithms, problem-solving, and data analysis. She understands how to tailor her skills to meet the needs of her clients, and she enjoys collaborating with team members to help the company achieve its goals and mission.
When Noemi isn't caught up with work, you'll find her cooking and spending time with her family or doting on her Flowerhorn and Koi fishes.

Administrative Assistant
Mhay Cornejo
Mhay is a professional with over six years of invaluable experience as an administrative assistant, quality assurance analyst, and customer service specialist. She has worked in various industries, ranging from retail to telecommunications, which has honed her skills and passion for helping others and a keen understanding of the intricacies of customer satisfaction to provide exceptional support and ensure every customer's needs are met with utmost care.
Mhay holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and she enjoys working in a field where she can share her ideas. She challenged her skills in problem-solving and making a positive impact on teams as a Quality Assurance Lead.

Jocelene Tuy
Jocelene is a dedicated professional with experience in administrative operations, HR coordination, and client support. Throughout her career, she has developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that help streamline processes and support both teams and clients effectively. Her experience working closely with teams and managing operational tasks has strengthened her ability to maintain efficiency while ensuring high standards of service.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, which has helped shape her analytical mindset and adaptability in handling systems, processes, and digital tools used in modern workplaces. Jocelene enjoys contributing ideas that improve workflows and create more efficient systems while supporting teams in achieving their goals.

Outside of work, Jocelene enjoys taking time to recharge, appreciate simple moments, and spending meaningful time with the people around her.

Intern - New Mexico
Gabriella Radigan-Hindi
Gabriella Radigan is a political consulting intern based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She’s deeply passionate about equity, creative problem solving, and creating real change for communities like her own. She’s previously worked on Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s (D-NM) re-election campaign, where she supported senators and congressional reps, collaborated with Secret Service, and even had the chance to meet President Biden and hear from Vice President Harris.
She is currently studying Political Science and Philosophy, with an interest in physics regarding how various systems shape our world. She has served as a New Student Orientation Leader, completed Title IX confidentiality, mandatory reporting, and confidential training, as well as developed strengths in communication, organizing, and fundraising. She is most excited to connect with constituents or donors, and learn directly from the people whose stories deserve to be at the center of political decisions.
When she is not working, you’ll find her on a morning run, painting ideas, deep in a book (She’s read 23 this year so far!). She loves to travel and experience various cultures and people.

Intern - Nevada
Manvi Mummalaneni
Manvi Mummalaneni is a second-year student at the University of Nevada, Reno, double majoring in Marketing and Management with a minor in Communications. She is passionate about social justice, advocacy, and finding creative ways to connect people with the policies and causes that shape their lives.
Manvi has gained hands-on experience in political and community engagement through her internships with Tom Clark Solutions and Public Citizen, where she contributed to research, outreach, and advocacy efforts. As a research assistant, she studies local ordinances, analyzing the evolving relationship between policy and public perception. Manvi has also served as an NEVADFIT mentor at UNR, helping incoming students navigate college life and build confidence in their academic and professional goals.
Outside of school, she enjoys rock climbing, reading, journaling, and spending time with friends. She hopes to pursue a career at the intersection of policy, communications, and public affairs, using strategic storytelling and research-driven insight to create meaningful change and empower communities.​

Intern - Nevada
Wade Williams
Wade Williams is a student at the University of Nevada, Reno, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. A Nevada native, he developed an early interest in public affairs through speech and debate, where he competed at the national level during his senior year of high school. That experience instilled in him a rigorous approach to research and a commitment to engaging with complex political and ethical issues from multiple perspectives.
At UNR, he has continued to build on this foundation as a member of the university’s Mock Trial team, where he earned a position as an A team defense closer in his first year of competition. He has also gained practical experience through an internship with ASUN and remains actively involved in the Latino Pre-Law Club, further deepening his engagement with law, advocacy, and public service.
Motivated by a critical view of the current political landscape, Wade Williams is passionate about challenging ineffective systems and contributing to meaningful institutional change. He plans to attend law school and pursue a career in civil rights law, with long-term ambitions of running for public office.
Outside of academics, he enjoys going to the gym, reading, creative writing, and engaging in thoughtful debate. He aims to leverage his strengths in public speaking and analytical reasoning to advocate for impactful change and help shape a more just and accountable future.

Intern - Washington
Chloe Endersby-Dyck
Chloe Endersby-Dyck is a second-year student at the University of Washington Seattle, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. She focuses her studies on American political development and is interested in building a more representative and responsive political system. She became interested in politics through involvement with local politics in high school, where she saw firsthand how local decisions impact communities. Since then, she has developed a strong interest in the structures and processes that shape political outcomes and civic engagement.
Chloe has gained experience in political and community engagement through her work with the UW Harry Bridges Center and SMART Local 66, where she contributed to research, data organization, and outreach efforts. She has also interned with Leadership Initiatives and Harden PLLC in Washington, DC, supporting policy research and advocacy work, including representation for disenfranchised citizens. In addition, Chloe has been involved in campaign work in Seattle and has led advocacy and fundraising initiatives focused on voter education abroad.
Outside of her academic and professional work, Chloe is involved in UW campus organizations such as Kappa Alpha Pi. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her pets. She hopes to pursue a career in political consulting or public affairs, focusing on research and strategy to support candidates and reform-based social movements.
