Kalani Tissot
Kalani Tissot is a fundraising consultant based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
​
As someone who is deeply passionate about fundraising, Kalani has worked on raising money for over 80 political campaigns and six non-profit organizations.
​
Since founding Tissot Solutions in 2021, Kalani has turned a small operation into one of the largest political fundraising firms in Nevada, Utah, and America, with clients raising over $18 million during the 2022 election cycle. Tissot Solutions continues to be a market leader in innovation, data, and leveraging new technology to help clients achieve their fundraising goals.

Logan Cayton
Logan Cayton is a fundraiser based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Starting in high school, Logan got his start in politics through activism around stopping Kansas from using toxic chemicals in fishing lakes. As he finished college, Logan felt inspired to help organize advocacy efforts on a larger scale. He got his first campaign job for then Presidential-candidate Tom Steyer in Reno, NV. Logan continued his work in Northern Nevada by serving as the Deputy Field Director for Patricia Ackerman’s bid for Nevada’s 2nd Congressional District in 2020. He is now highly motivated to raise money to help elected officials and non-profits outperform in Nevada.
When Logan is not fundraising, you can find him playing tennis, rock climbing, or stressing over a Kansas City Chiefs game.
Associate — Las Vegas
Ruby Valencia
Ruby Valencia is a fundraiser based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A born and raised Nevadan, Ruby has always been passionate about political advocacy. This passion led to her college internships at UNLV with the Nevada Conservation League and the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, where she met with members of Congress to advocate for America’s Red Rock Wilderness Act. Utilizing the power of civic engagement, she hopes to create lasting, positive change by fundraising for causes, organizations, & candidates that she believes in.
When Ruby isn’t fundraising, she’s interior designing, painting, or hanging out with her cats, Kitty and Ben.
Associate — Reno
Zane Taylor
Zane Taylor is a fundraiser based in Reno, Nevada.

Zane's interest in politics was ignited during a service-learning trip to the US/Mexico border, where he encountered the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. He embarked on his political journey during his time at the University of Nevada, Reno, where he explored his passions. As a Public Affairs and Legislative Intern with a prominent firm in Nevada, Zane gained valuable insights into Nevada’s political landscape. His experience with a non-governmental organization at the United Nations honed his passion for climate justice and other issues faced worldwide. He also enjoyed actively engaging in student and community outreach throughout his time at UNR.

When Zane isn’t fundraising, you can usually find him at the movie theater, exploring a new place with his friends, or trying to find his next book to read.
Associate - Utah
Tanner Hale
Tanner Hale is a fundraiser based in Las Vegas, Nevada.Tanner got his start in politics at the county level when he was 17 years old. Tanner graduated from The Ohio State University where he studied both Political Science and Economics. He then moved to Nevada and helped organize the 2020 Nevada Presidential Caucus and Coordinated Campaign to help elect Joe Biden and Democrats across the ticket. In 2022, Tanner served on the 2022 Coordinated Campaign as a Deputy Organizing Director overseeing field and youth programs that helped re-elect Senator Catherine Cortez Masto and Democrats down ballot.
Tanner also served in the Nevada Senate under Finance Chair Senator Chris Brooks to help passage of the bi-annual state budget and a 10 billion dollar omnibus energy bill.
After successfully raising over a quarter of a million dollars for Young Democrats of Nevada and helping several Utah candidates win their election in 2023, Tanner is eager and motivated to move the needle in the state of Utah by helping build highly competitive campaigns.
When Tanner is not fundraising, you can find him playing basketball, spending time with friends, or stressing over the Las Vegas Raiders.
Associate - Salt Lake City
Jack Canfield
Jack Canfield is from Atlanta, GA, but grew up visiting family in the Mountain West frequently. A former opera professional, Jack completed his Bachelor of Music degree from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI, before studying at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music as a master's student. In 2015, he was awarded a $30,000 Watson Fellowship to study indigenous singing traditions around the world. During his year abroad, he visited Papua New Guinea, Australia, the Republic of Congo, Norway, and Russia.
Jack grew up around campaign work in a very political family and is excited to advocate and fundraise for candidates who share his values.
In his free time, he loves backcountry skiing in the winter and trail running in the summer.
Associate - Salt Lake City
Delaney Smith
Born and raised in Utah, Delaney has always had a passion for politics and making the world a better place. Her interest in politics began in high school during the tumultuous 2016 Presidential Election, when she realized the only way to change the world was through local political work. At Utah State University she pursued her political interests and interned in the Utah State Senate during the 2022 Legislative Session. This experience cemented her desire to find her career in Utah politics. Before joining us, she worked in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, learning about the election and financial disclosure process.

When she isn’t working you can find her playing with her numerous nieces and nephews, or cuddled up with a good book and a cat on her lap.
Associate - Reno
Kimmy Claussen
Kimmy Claussen is a fundraiser based in Reno, Nevada.Born and raised in rural Nevada, Kimmy has always been passionate about improving her state. She credits her hometown for instilling values of community orientation, mutual aid, and respect for all people. However, being in high school during the 2016 election exposed Kimmy to how easily divided a community could become. With a mission in mind of bringing people together to solve issues that impact society broadly, Kimmy decided to study Political Science at the University of Nevada, Reno. After interning for U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen and working with several other state-level candidates and organizations, her passion for community service and political advocacy has grown exponentially. When Kimmy isn’t fundraising, you can find her listening to her favorite music, watching a comfort show, or spending time with friends, family, and her cat.
Executive Assistant
Noemi Cabije
Noemi has more than 12 years of experience as an administrative assistant, team leader, and customer service specialist. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including small businesses and large corporations. She enjoys finding new ways to increase efficiency and improve the workflow of the company.
Noemi holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and enjoys algorithms, problem-solving, and data analysis. She understands how to tailor her skills to meet the needs of her clients, and she enjoys collaborating with team members to help the company achieve its goals and mission.
When Noemi isn't caught up with work, you'll find her cooking and spending time with her family or doting on her Flowerhorn and Koi fishes.
Administrative Assistant
Mhay Cornejo
Mhay is a professional with over six years of invaluable experience as an administrative assistant, quality assurance analyst, and customer service specialist. She has worked in various industries, ranging from retail to telecommunications, which has honed her skills and passion for helping others and a keen understanding of the intricacies of customer satisfaction to provide exceptional support and ensure every customer's needs are met with utmost care.
Mhay holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and she enjoys working in a field where she can share her ideas. She challenged her skills in problem-solving and making a positive impact on teams as a Quality Assurance Lead.

If Mhay is not working, you can see her in her yard spending time with her daisies and roses.
Intern - Utah
Abigail Hoban
Abigail is studying at Brigham Young University, majoring in Public Health with an emphasis in epidemiology. She is an Epidemiology Representative for the BYU Public Health Association, where she has been involved in health-related initiatives, including assessing community needs and coordinating a range of campus events focused on health education. Abigail is also an Honors Student Instructor for a course in interdisciplinary thinking, where she helps her peers with developing their critical thinking and writing skills.

Abigail is passionate about environmental conservation, especially as it relates to health outcomes in local communities. She also hopes to create political advocacy around issues such as walkable communities, women’s health, and access to quality healthcare. She is interested in one day integrating her experience with data analysis into driving public policies.
Abigail is eager to learn about political fundraising from her colleagues at Tissot Solutions.
In her free time, Abigail enjoys baking, birdwatching, and spending time with her friends and family.
Intern - Reno
Soraia Bohner
Soraia is a student at the University of Nevada, Reno where she is studying political science and U.S History. She was born and raised in the Bay Area, where elections at all levels never felt competitive. After moving to Nevada, a state where every vote is fought for, her passion for politics grew, and she decided to get involved.
​
Soraia has been interested in environmental protection and promoting LGBTQ+ rights. During the summer of 2023, she worked as a sawyer on an all women’s chainsaw crew, where she dealt with invasive plants and wildfire mitigation. Through this experience, she gained valuable insight on the importance of protecting the natural world and educating the public on safe recreation practices. She is passionate about promoting civic literacy to young Americans, and spends her free time volunteering as a an advisor for her hometown’s We the People team. Soraia is excited to dive into the world of campaign finance and understand the inner-workings of fundraising in Nevada.
