Kalani Tissot
Kalani Tissot is a fundraising consultant based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As someone who is deeply passionate about fundraising, Kalani has worked on raising money for over 30 political campaigns and six non-profit organizations.
​
Since founding Tissot Solutions in 2021, Kalani has turned a small operation into Nevada's #1 Fundraising Consulting Firm, with clients raising over $18 million during the 2022 election cycle. Tissot Solutions continues to be a market leader in innovation, data, and leveraging new technology to help clients achieve their fundraising goals.

Alex Fuller
Alex Fuller is a fundraiser based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
From his beginnings as a senior in high school when he volunteered on a referendum campaign, political activism and engagement have never left Alex's foresight. Before moving to Nevada, Alex spent the last four years at the Indiana Democratic Party, where he helped raise over 6 million dollars.
When you can’t find Alex dialing for dollars or attending a fundraiser, you’ll find him on the course searching for the perfect round of golf while intensely listening to a Chicago Cubs game on the radio.

Associate — Las Vegas
Logan Cayton
Logan Cayton is a fundraiser based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Starting in high school, Logan got his start in politics through activism around stopping Kansas from using toxic chemicals in fishing lakes. As he finished college, Logan felt inspired to help organize advocacy efforts on a larger scale. He got his first campaign job for then Presidential-candidate Tom Steyer in Reno, NV. Logan continued his work in Northern Nevada by serving as the Deputy Field Director for Patricia Ackerman’s bid for Nevada’s 2nd Congressional District in 2020. He is now highly motivated to raise money to help elected officials and non-profits outperform in Nevada.
When Logan is not fundraising, you can find him playing tennis, rock climbing, or stressing over a Kansas City Chiefs game.

Associate — Las Vegas
Ruby Valencia
Ruby Valencia is a fundraiser based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A born and raised Nevadan, Ruby has always been passionate about political advocacy. This passion led to her college internships at UNLV with the Nevada Conservation League and the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, where she met with members of Congress to advocate for America’s Red Rock Wilderness Act. Utilizing the power of civic engagement, she hopes to create lasting, positive change by fundraising for causes, organizations, & candidates that she believes in.
When Ruby isn’t fundraising, she’s interior designing, painting, or hanging out with her cats, Kitty and Ben.

Executive Assistant
Noemi Cabije
Noemi has more than 12 years of experience as an administrative assistant, team leader, and customer service specialist. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including small businesses and large corporations. She enjoys finding new ways to increase efficiency and improve the workflow of the company.
Noemi holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and enjoys algorithms, problem-solving, and data analysis. She understands how to tailor her skills to meet the needs of her clients, and she enjoys collaborating with team members to help the company achieve its goals and mission.
When Noemi isn't caught up with work, you'll find her cooking and spending time with her family or doting on her Flowerhorn and Koi fishes.

Associate — Reno
Zane Taylor
Zane Taylor is a fundraiser based in Reno, Nevada.

Zane's interest in politics was ignited during a service-learning trip to the US/Mexico border, where he encountered the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. He embarked on his political journey during his time at the University of Nevada, Reno, where he explored his passions. As a Public Affairs and Legislative Intern with a prominent firm in Nevada, Zane gained valuable insights into Nevada’s political landscape. His experience with a non-governmental organization at the United Nations honed his passion for climate justice and other issues faced worldwide. He also enjoyed actively engaging in student and community outreach throughout his time at UNR.

When Zane isn’t fundraising, you can usually find him at the movie theater, exploring a new place with his friends, or trying to find his next book to read.

Associate — Salt Lake City
Cormac O'Rourke
Cormac O’Rourke is a fundraiser based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Cormac was born in Philadelphia and raised in Northern Virginia. He attended James Madison University, where he received his BA in Political Science, and George Mason University, where he received his MA in Political Science. Cormac moved to Utah following graduation and spent some time working in Utah Community Action’s Housing Department helping low-income families and homeless populations in the area.
Cormac is a big outdoorsman and loves to camp, hike, and kayak. Most weekends you can find him up in the mountains sitting beside a fire, or at least you can try!

Administrative Assistant
Mhay Cornejo
Mhay is a professional with over six years of invaluable experience as an administrative assistant, quality assurance analyst, and customer service specialist. She has worked in various industries, ranging from retail to telecommunications, which has honed her skills and passion for helping others and a keen understanding of the intricacies of customer satisfaction to provide exceptional support and ensure every customer's needs are met with utmost care.
Mhay holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and she enjoys working in a field where she can share her ideas. She challenged her skills in problem-solving and making a positive impact on teams as a Quality Assurance Lead.

Intern - Reno
Maya Flores
A born and raised Nevadan, Maya Flores is a passionate advocate for community service, fundraising, and political advocacy. She is currently pursuing a Neuroscience major with a Psychology minor at the University of Nevada, Reno - she hopes to pursue a career in NeuroLaw. Her interest in politics was sparked by firsthand experiences of systematic biases and discrimination. Maya was compelled to advocate for political and social change and to be the representation she wanted to see as a young child. Maya's commitment to social impact is evident through her involvement in student government and other positions on campus including various organizations where she fostered connections across diverse communities that she still keeps to this day. She has also raised thousands of dollars for various philanthropic causes. Maya aspires to foster connections with changemakers and create accessible pathways for positive change in her community and beyond.
In her free time, Maya enjoys painting, cooking, and spending time with her friends and loved ones.

Intern - Reno
Keaton Fox
Raised in Nevada, Keaton's journey into politics began with a memorable childhood trip to Washington, D.C., where meeting the late Senator Harry Reid left a lasting impression. Currently studying Political Science and Sociology at the University of Nevada, Reno, he delves into societal challenges and public policy complexities. His experience as an intern for the Nevada State Legislature's Health and Human Service Committee has sharpened his interest in pragmatic health policy solutions.
Keaton combines his legislative experience and academic knowledge to enhance fundraising strategies to significantly impact political matters he is passionate about.
When not engaged in his studies or work, Keaton is dedicated to his well-being through gym workouts, mindfulness practices, and non-fiction reading, contributing to his holistic approach in his professional and personal endeavors.
